Community Fundraising is not just about running events, it’s also about the opportunity to develop a movement of volunteer fundraisers to grow your organisation.
Having 1 or 2 successful community events is a great start but how do you develop your community fundraising without just adding more events to your portfolio?
This Community Fundraising Workshop focuses on building on the support you have for your existing events and campaigns and growing this support into a sustainable programme.
This workshop will cover:
Volunteer motivations and how you ensure your volunteer fundraisers are feeling valued
Talent spotting and how to maximise the potential of your superstar supporters
