About the event
This workshop will equip charity and non-profit trustees with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively identify, assess, and manage risks that could impact their group's ability to achieve its objectives.
Some of the key objectives that will be covered in this session are:
Understanding Trustee Responsibilities: Clarify the legal and ethical duties of trustees in relation to risk management.
Risk Identification and Assessment: Enable trustees to recognise potential risks across various areas of the charities / non-profits operations and provide the tools and techniques for evaluating the likelihood and impact of those risks.
Developing Risk Management Strategies: Empower trustees to develop and implement appropriate risk response strategies.
Promoting a Risk-Aware Culture: Foster a culture of proactive risk management within the charity or non-profit.
